What is an adult daycare? Is it for seniors with Alzheimer's and whatnot? And does anyone else think the lighthouse in the second photo looks like it has a pacifier on top?

Looks like a chess pawn to me.

It's a lighthouse with a nipple. Duh.

And when are they actually going to care for my adult? By "day" do they mean "whenever we feel like it"?

And you have to love the lowercase 'r' in PrOVIDING.

I think the sign's highlighting the fact that 7:00-5:00 adult days are completely different than child days, which are actually 60 hours long and include at least five trips on the emotional and developmental Wild Thing roller coaster.

i'm inclined to think that the aduld modifier in this instance has the same meaning it does when applied to films. in which case, that's no lighthouse.

Now the idea of an adult daycare really grosses me out.

Maybe it's run by lawyers. 7-5 is actually less than half of a day.
