What is a "mini Head Massage?" For some reason I'm thinking they just poke you with one finger in the same spot a couple times.
I think "Goody" is what you're meant to say when you get the bag.
I think they only massage your head if it's tiny. I would be left out, because alas, I have a large head. Not goody.
Isn't "Goody" a brand of hair care products? This is probably a use of quotes to help the reader get the pun.
"Lock's"?? Is that supposed to be some play on "locks" like locks of hair and "locks" as in it locks in the color? Even so, why the apostrophe?

Apparently this is a "massage parlor" with "Goody bags" and it is owned by Lock. At least the colour is.

Wow, a misused apostrophe and misused quotation marks in one word!
Exactly what "lock's" the color into hair? The mini head massage? The FREE take-home "goody" bag? (As opposed to the goody bag that cannot leave the store?)
The quotes are to indicate that the typesetter noted the missed e and capitalization and first name in "'lock's""." It should read "John Locke's" "." Previously known as John"." And maybe Friday"."
