Maybe the parking attendant isn't very bright and the sign is a warning that making change make take a while :-)
Or...maybe the "slow 'dip'" refers to one of the pedestrians crossing.... :-)
Is it bad that I think it'd be kind of funny to pose one's own child a little further down the aisle? :)
don't you think calling someone a slow dip is a litte redundant?
