I like spinach "dip"


Jeff admits, "it wasn't that much of a 'dip.'" He was perhaps expecting hummus, or onion dip.

    Maybe the parking attendant isn't very bright and the sign is a warning that making change make take a while :-)

    Or...maybe the "slow 'dip'" refers to one of the pedestrians crossing.... :-)
