About a month ago Jim sent me several quote pictures in a night, and this one is one of the best. Who wouldn't want "the ultimate" taxi & touring "experience"? And the rest of the sign... it's just, well, hipp.
It's damned hard to be the ultimate taxi experience in DC... when I lived there, the subway was so good that I only took my car out of the garage about once a week. And unless they've fixed the taxi zones or started using meters, those are pretty hard to beat too.
Haha. I once rode one of those on a cold winter day last December. Unfortunately, I only had a 10 dollar bill with me, so my tip was not as hipp as it should have been.

ReplyDeleteThere is so much wrong with this sign... I laughed. Fantastic. Way to go Jim!
ReplyDeleteI had never realized how HIPP it was too TIP.
ReplyDeleteI'm astonished that they got the apostrophe in the right place there.
"HIPP too TIP"??
ReplyDeleteHere's a tip: don't drop out of 2nd grade to become a pedicab driver (operator? Peddler?).
That's a great sign but I resent their lack of subtlety about tipping. How uncouth!
