What are they REALLY doing with the donations? Maybe "find the cure" means they are using the money to buy some weed, sit in a circle and smoke it, and come up with ideas to cure breast cancer? If so, I'm sure the "cure" would end up being "smoke more weed".

Um, I'm afraid to say, in this case the quotes are legitimate. The money is not going to find some unspecified cure -- it's going to the foundation by the name "Find The Cure". The quotes disambiguate those two situations.
