Andy saw this at Claregalway, Ireland. He maintains a website devoted to Irish breakfasts (really) here. It turns out that rashers are bacon in Ireland. The sign, however, is the slogan grey area, but I prefer to believe it's because of counting uncertainty.
I've been to Ireland and, I must say, a full Irish breakfast is almost worth the trip all by itself.
