this from everybody.

While I'm on the topic of things lots of people sent me, I probably have gotten this one about 20 times. Here's a representative example from a blogger who goes by The Wife. I have been putting off posting about this one because I don't really have anything funny to say, except that you seem to have one option to really delete, and one to not do anything.

  2. This is absolutely hilarious! I just found your blog through a friend on mine, after announcing my personal pet peeve to the whole world. (Ironically enough, it is the "improper" use of "quotation marks".) They're rampant in our area---I'll have to get you some pictures. :) Thank you for "making my day"!!

    (Hahahahaha.)

  4. I'm one of the many who sent you that. I couldn't "think" of anything clever to say about it, but I think you described it perfectly.

  8. I love it that they fixed it.

And P.S., don't you get tired of people commenting on your blog using unneccesary quotation marks? I dunno...lol

  13. This was funny. And so were the comments. The only thing I get tired of is people posting about things they are tired of. Caps? Don't care. lol? P.S.? Red font? don't care. forgetting caps? forgetting punctuation? dont care. Mispelling? im human. But this "cancel" was very humorous. Overusing the word "very"? kinda care. Extra exclamation points? Dont care!!! Usually. LoL.

I am also sick of people beginning their sentence with the word "and".

  15. There's a yogurt commercial that I keep seeing in which Jamie Lee Curtis says that many other yogurts are claiming to help with digestion. She does the air quote thing with her fingers on the word "claiming". So, apparently it's not a question of whether they actually help digestion, it's just a question of whether they are actually claiming to or not! LOL
