Here's Mango's explanation: "It's taken in an alleyway of strip joints in London's soho. It's on my way to work, and I make a point of going that way - there's something unremarkably seedy and
mundane about seeing these places in the cold morning light."
I'm not really sure how to interpret this one. Maybe they mean they have someone who has a model-like "look". Except not really.
Wow, I'm totally baffled as well!

ReplyDeletePerhaps they actually WANT people to come view the model(s), but not be obvious about looking?
ReplyDeleteMO DEL sounds like a british rapper
ReplyDeleteI think the "look" means either "look at this bright sign" or perhap look is the model's name :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I first read the sign, I was thinking, "MO DEL...what is a MO DEL?"
ReplyDeleteI love this site, and I have to admit, I was nervous about using quotations in a comment! My mom was a high school English teacher, so I hope I get it right--most of the time!
This actually makes perfect sense, if it's in Soho.
ReplyDeleteHint: they don't just mean "look".
