The relevant part of this ad is at the bottom. I must say that "Overnight Guest Rooms Available" is a very descriptive slogan for a hotel.
As submitter Stephen points out, "the event they are hosting is from 11am to 2pm, so I don't know why you'd need to stay over night. Unless, of course, they'll be handing out sample Viagra at the Sexy-Senior-Singles booth and they want you to know that one-night stands will be accommodated!"

You forgot Matlock. No senior citizen would allow him/herself to be guilty of missing Matlock.
I'm sure that "senoirs" get real tired after 4 hours and it will take them all night to recover. I know because I "R" one.
