I couldn't pass up this opportunity to point out something that most of your readers probably know: CAPS LOCK IS NOT FOR LONG BLOCKS OF TEXT. IT IS FOR YELLING. In addition, italics is not for long blocks of text. Italics is for putting emphasis on a word or phrase. By using both of these for the whole sign, they are effectively made useless, and only tells the reader THAT YOU WANT THEIR ATTENTION.
Salad work's? Goodie's? Oh, the apostrophes... THE APOSTROPHES!!!
