Crap, Thomas, you beat me to it. Although, in keeping with the spirit of the site, it should say
Baltimore "The City That Reads"
Agreed with Ms. Duncan--had that been my school district, it would've been truth in advertising.
(True story, I even invited the chairwoman of the school board to lunch at school. A year or two after I graduated, the cafeteria had a complete overhaul. Coincidence?)
Be sure to try the "meat"loaf.
