mmm... "cow"

Andrew saw this at a butcher shop in Philadelphia. It leaves me with two questions: 1) what do people want with cow skins? 2) what animal is it really from?

  1. That's twice in one day that we've seen "emphasis confusion" - words that are both quoted AND squiggily-underlined. The other example is the birthday card "With Love".
As I have no idea what cow skins are, I can't even guess as to the grammatical direction they should have taken.
Doesn't anybody just write in bold anymore?

  2. ^^
It's the skin... of a cow...

;) It's a little gross, but pretty direct. (though maybe a little, I don't know, classier? to say "hides")
