At first when I looked at Flossie's submission I was like "i don't know, I have 40 emails, this is sketchy, I think I'll pass." But then her explanation won me over: "Every week my local newspaper has this column, a collection of recent comments made by celebrities. I guess they put quotes around "Quotable" to illustrate the concept of quotation, but I prefer to think they're saying the celebrity quotes aren't that quotable at all, because they really aren't--they're inane."
