While I am sure that other parkers don't "care" either, this one is pretty funny. It's also "family owned and operated" but that's that slogan grey area again. Or gray area, if you're the kind of person who thinks grey is wrong...

I see much misuse of apostrophes too. But God, that's a whole 'nother blog.
It's a quotation mark because you're QUOTING someone who spoke or wrote something. What's so hard to understand about that?
I like the ! outside the "" on this one. You tend to see that a lot.
I showed my students your blog yesterday on National Punctuation Day. We all loved it. Keep up the good work.
PS--Will you ever branch out to include the much-abused apostrophe, or will you continue to specialize in the delightful ambiguities achieved by misusing quotation marks?
