What I really like about this one is that Armando may not actually be "famous" but at least he's not bartending under an assumed name. As for "Dale" and "LE," well, I don't know who they really are.
Marnie, who sent me this photo suggests that "Dale" and "LE" might be plagiarizers, and so those drinks aren't really theirs. She also notes that she loves this restaurant, in spite of their curious punctuation.

I just love it when an establishment gives an item on the menu the "famous" accolade. Especially a new item, that clearly isn't. Take for instance those stupid "famous bowls" being endlessly plugged on TV by a major chicken chain. They're only famous now because the heavy commercial rotation! (Ohhh, how I hate them...)
