I get this message about once a day, and I've been meaning to screencap it for a while. Can't explain the quotes, just thought I'd point out that I was GOING to make a submission.
That's Windows for you. Quotes are probably intentional, considering how well that OS works :P
Well, you know technically a computer can't literally read, so those quotes are accurate. ;-)
