shouldn't "cut offs" actually be "cut-offs?" Or cut-offs, I mean.
also: my hairstylist said her pool had the same quotation marks AND one of the dozen rules was "no pets or glass." because they couldn't separate those into two rules. Signage is funny. My hairstylist is refreshingly smart.
